Dr. Chen is an internal medicine physician and mother of two toddlers. She has treated covid-19 patients throughout the pandemic, even while pregnant with her youngest son. Dr. Chen's sister, Michelle, has master's degrees in Public Health and Business Administration. Michelle specializes in population health management strategy and operations. Together, the Chen Sisters were inspired to co-author this book to empower children and provide parents and caregivers with a fun resource to minimize vaccine anxiety.
